You also have the option of either submitting the following form Repeat Prescription Form   by email to prescriptions@premiersurgerythurles.ie  or print and post to the surgery address (Premier Surgery,Slievenamon Road ,Thurles Co Tipperary)

Allow 2 working days to process requests (longer if form posted).

Please refrain from phoning the surgery for repeat prescription requests as phone request’s are not accepted.

Private prescriptions – Sent directly to the pharmacy

Medical card prescriptions – Sent directly to the pharmacy

-No Charge
